Basic Specifications & Full Automation
Covering an area of about 30 square meters, the cabin is equipped with 30 standard decoction stations, with a daily output of 250 to 300 prescriptions within 10 working hours. It realizes fully unmanned operation covering automatic water feeding, soaking, decocting, labeling & packaging, residue discharging and cleaning, suitable for a wide range of TCM service scenarios.

Built-in temperature sensors generate real-time temperature curves and establish exclusive files for each prescription to ensure full traceability. Fitted with pressing and stirring components, it supports both bagged and loose herb decoction. The extraction rate of active ingredients reaches 82%, far exceeding the national standard of 50%.

Two layout options are available: the integrated design suits standard venues with regular spaces and features easy installation; the distributed design divides functions into independent modules, which can be flexibly combined for renovated sites or irregular spaces. Multiple cabins can be connected to form large-scale production lines. Each unit can be started or shut down on demand to cut idle energy consumption. A single cabin malfunction will not disrupt the whole system, enabling easy maintenance and higher space utilization than conventional equipment.
